Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 18, 2026
This policy is a practical launch-ready placeholder for Digmoro. It should be reviewed and replaced with lawyer-approved text when appropriate.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Digmoro collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, opportunity rankings, analysis pages, watchlist features, and related services.
Digmoro provides informational and research assistance for indie builders and small teams. Our analysis may be AI-assisted and based on public sources, manual Admin input, and future automated ingestion.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, account information, support messages, and any information you choose to send to us.
We may also collect basic technical and usage information such as pages viewed, actions taken in the product, browser information, approximate location derived from network data, security logs, and device or session metadata.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Digmoro, authenticate users, manage access levels, personalize product features, operate support, protect the service, understand product usage, and communicate important updates.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to evaluate product performance, improve ranking and analysis workflows, and make the service more useful.
4. Account and authentication data
If you create an account or sign in, we may collect your account email and authentication metadata from our authentication provider. OAuth providers such as Google or GitHub may share basic profile information depending on your settings and their policies.
Public user accounts are separate from Digmoro Admin access.
5. Payment and billing data
Paid plans may be available or added over time. When payment processing is enabled, payments may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Digmoro does not store full payment card details. Payment providers may process billing details, transaction identifiers, and payment status information needed to complete purchases and manage access.
6. Product usage and watchlist data
We may collect product usage data such as viewed opportunities, saved opportunities, watchlist actions, access level, and interaction with rankings or analysis pages.
We use this information to operate account features, help users return to saved opportunities, improve product experience, and maintain service security.
7. Cookies, analytics, and security logs
We may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and basic product analytics.
Security logs may be used to detect abuse, investigate issues, prevent fraud, and maintain the reliability of the service.
8. AI and opportunity analysis data
Digmoro may generate opportunity rankings and analysis using public market signals, manual Admin entries, automated ingestion, scoring models, and AI-assisted synthesis.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Users should independently verify information before relying on it.
9. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help operate Digmoro, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email, support, payment, and security providers.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect Digmoro or users, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
10. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve the product, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how it is used.
11. User choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related assistance for your account information, subject to reasonable verification and applicable requirements.
You may also choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not work without it.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
13. International users
Digmoro may be operated from the United States or other locations. By using the service, your information may be processed in countries that may have data protection rules different from those in your location.
14. Children's privacy
Digmoro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Your continued use of Digmoro after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
