Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what Digmoro ("Digmoro", "we", "us") collects when you use Digmoro, how we use it, who we share it with, and your choices. It applies to the Digmoro website and application.
2. What we collect
Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information from that sign-in. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
Usage and content: the ideas, notes, saved opportunities, build states, and tool inputs you create. We log basic technical data needed to run and secure the Service.
Payment data: when you make a lifetime purchase, payment is handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem. We receive the order, payment status, product, and customer identifiers needed to grant access, but we do not collect or store your full card number.
3. How we use it
We use your data to provide and operate the Service, manage access, process one-time orders, provide support, secure the Service and prevent abuse, and improve our features. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Service providers and data sources
We share data only as needed with providers that help us run Digmoro, including:
Supabase (authentication, database, hosting of your data); Vercel (application hosting); Creem (payments and Merchant of Record); and AI / data providers used to produce results, such as OpenRouter and DeepSeek (language models), keyword data providers, Brave, GitHub, and YouTube (signal data). We send these data providers the queries needed to return results, not your account details, except as required to operate the Service.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and product usage so we can improve Digmoro. Analytics is optional, is not loaded before you allow it, and declining does not affect your access to the Service. You can reopen your analytics choices from the footer at any time.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete content or close your account, we delete or anonymize the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or security reasons.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete most content from within the app, or contact us to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of incidents where required by law.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Children
Digmoro is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you where appropriate.
12. Contact
