Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Digmoro paid plans (Starter and Pro) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through our Merchant of Record, Creem. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account, under Billing & Subscription, which takes you to the Creem customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

Because plans unlock usage allowances immediately, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or for unused allowance. If something went wrong, for example you were charged in error or the Service was unavailable, contact us within [14] days and we will review your case in good faith.

Refunds, when granted, are processed by Creem to your original payment method. Where local consumer-protection law gives you a stronger right to a refund, that law applies.

4. Failed or interrupted runs

If a paid action (such as generating a report or a build prompt) fails on our side, the usage allowance for that action is automatically refunded to your account, so you are not charged an allowance for work we did not deliver.
