Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Who we are
Digmoro ("Digmoro", "we", "us") provides a human-reviewed product-opportunity Feed, research library, and related builder tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Research, not a promise
Digmoro collects public market signals and organizes selected opportunities into structured research. Data, scores, summaries, and AI-assisted analysis can be incomplete or wrong. They are research aids, not business, financial, legal, or investment advice, and do not guarantee demand, revenue, ranking, or product success.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. One purchase is for one account and may not be shared, resold, or used to supply a competing dataset.
4. Free access and lifetime purchase
Digmoro may provide selected public previews. The paid offer is a single, non-recurring purchase that unlocks the complete product available to lifetime members. It is not a monthly or annual subscription.
"Lifetime access" means access for the commercial lifetime of the Digmoro Service while it is operated and offered by its current owner. It does not mean the lifetime of the buyer, guarantee perpetual hosting, or prevent the Service from changing. If Digmoro is permanently discontinued by us, we will aim to give at least 30 days' notice and provide a reasonable export option where technically feasible.
5. Prices and payment
The price shown when you create Checkout is the price for that order. Founding prices and remaining places may change for future buyers; a completed purchase does not require future payments. Creem acts as Merchant of Record, processes payment, taxes, receipts, and eligible refunds. We do not store your full card details.
6. Refunds
Our current refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy. Applicable consumer-protection rights and Creem's buyer terms continue to apply where they provide stronger rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not overload or bypass access controls; scrape, resell, or redistribute Digmoro as a competing database; reverse-engineer the Service except where law permits; infringe another person's rights; use the Service unlawfully; or create accounts to evade payment, restrictions, or bans.
8. Your private content
You retain ownership of ideas, notes, saved items, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your private content.
9. Third-party sources and services
The Service depends on third-party sources, APIs, AI models, hosting, authentication, and payment services. Their data and availability can change. Missing evidence is not proof that something does not exist, and estimates should be independently checked before you rely on them.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, scoring systems, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. A lifetime purchase grants one user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of the Service or shared research library.
11. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that extent, our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for access. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or business decisions made from the research.
12. Suspension and changes
We may suspend access for a material breach, fraud, payment reversal, or a threat to the Service. We may update the product and these Terms. Material changes will be dated and, where appropriate, notified before they take effect.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@digmoro.com. We aim to respond within three business days.
