Terms of Service
Last updated: May 18, 2026
These terms explain the basic rules for using Digmoro. Digmoro is an informational research product, not a guarantee of business results.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Digmoro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms are a standard launch-ready placeholder and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied on as final legal terms.
2. Description of service
Digmoro provides AI-assisted opportunity rankings, market signal summaries, watchlist functionality, and opportunity analysis for indie builders, small teams, and operators.
The service is designed to support research and decision-making. It does not create opportunities for you, guarantee outcomes, or replace your own validation work.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and use Digmoro only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans may be available. When payment is processed, it is handled by third-party payment providers. Digmoro does not store full payment card details.
Plan details, billing terms, cancellation options, and any refund policy may be shown at the time of purchase. Your access level may depend on successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Digmoro, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape or copy large portions of the service without permission, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
You may not use Digmoro to generate spam, deceptive activity, harmful content, or automated abuse.
6. Opportunity analysis disclaimer
Digmoro does not guarantee that any opportunity will be profitable, accurate, available, legal to pursue, or suitable for your circumstances.
Scores, rankings, and analysis are informational estimates based on available signals and editorial or AI-assisted interpretation. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
7. AI-generated content disclaimer
Some Digmoro content may be generated or assisted by AI systems. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, unsupported assumptions, or outdated information.
You must independently verify information before relying on it or making business decisions.
8. No business, financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
Digmoro is not a law firm, accounting firm, investment adviser, financial adviser, tax adviser, or professional business adviser.
Nothing in Digmoro should be treated as legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional business advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
9. User responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, product validation, compliance review, customer research, financial analysis, and execution.
You agree that you will not rely solely on Digmoro rankings or analysis before acting on an opportunity.
10. Intellectual property
Digmoro and its design, branding, software, content structure, and service materials are owned by Digmoro or its licensors.
You may use Digmoro for your own internal research and decision-making, but you may not copy, resell, repackage, or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission.
11. Third-party services and links
Digmoro may include links, references, data points, or integrations involving third-party websites and services.
We are not responsible for third-party content, products, policies, availability, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
12. Service availability
Digmoro may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also experience downtime, errors, or data delays.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that all features will remain available.
13. Termination
You may stop using Digmoro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk, or misused the service.
Some obligations, including disclaimers, intellectual property terms, and liability limits, may survive termination.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digmoro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business outcomes.
Digmoro's total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Digmoro for the service in the period giving rise to the claim, or a reasonable minimum amount if you used a free plan.
15. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Your continued use of Digmoro after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
